Q: How do Homewaters polos fit and feel?
A:We designed our polos with comfort in mind. The shirts are made from 100% high spun Peruvian cotton. Q: I have a discount code. How do I use it?
A:At checkout, you will be asked to enter your "coupon code." Enter your code at that time for your discount. And please don't forget to use it. Besides your discount, the individual or group who gave you the code gets support when you use it.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A:At checkout, you can select from UPS Ground, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air. It's your call.
Q: How are shipping charges calculated?
A:We don't charge flat shipping fees. Insead, our shopping cart automatically calculates your personal rate based on the shipping address you enter. That way, you're charged the fair amount - not a penny more. You can review the rates, for all the different shipping options before checkout.
Q: What is Homewaters' return policy?
A:We are happy to accept requests for exhange or return within 21 days of receipt of goods. If you are not satisified with your purchase, for whatever reason, please get in touch with us immediately at returns@homewatersclothing.com with a description of the problem. We will get back to you immediately so we can begin processing your exhange/return right away. Merchandise must be returned unwashed, in original condition. Upon receipt of unwanted goods, the correct goods will be sent your way. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the order, for the amount of the order, minus shipping charges.
